About the Founder
PhD, JD, MBA
Patrick is an educator and researcher with a background in science, law, and business. He has spent years in the crypto space as an investor, community builder, and product lead. He previously served as head of research and curriculum at a crypto education platform, where he helped onboard thousands of newcomers into decentralized finance. He has also advised early-stage Web3 companies on compliance and taught at the college and university level. DecentralEd grew out of a simple frustration: too much crypto education is paywalled, biased, or unnecessarily complex. He wanted to build something better.
